Khubsurat India Conducts Tapi River Clean Up Drive at Navdi Ovara
In a major environmental cleanliness initiative, NGO Khubsurat India organized a riverbank clean-up drive at Navdi Ovara, successfully collecting nearly 2 tonnes of waste from the banks of the Tapi River.
The campaign witnessed active participation from volunteers, environmental enthusiasts, and local supporters who joined hands to improve the cleanliness of the riverfront area and spread awareness about responsible waste disposal practices.
During the drive, participants removed plastic waste, discarded materials, and other pollutants that had accumulated along the riverbank. The initiative aimed to highlight the growing importance of protecting natural water bodies from pollution and maintaining a cleaner urban environment.
Khubsurat India emphasized that river conservation and cleanliness are essential for environmental sustainability and public health. The organization also encouraged citizens to avoid littering near rivers and public spaces and to actively participate in community cleanliness efforts.
